The avocado has many distinctive health benefits. It’s high in rich Oleic Acid, a very healthy fat. The essential fats found avocados are essential for digestion and nutrient absorption. It also has a high smoke point (≥250°C), making it a good oil for BBQ, sautéing, pan frying, baking and roasting.
Extra Virgin Cold Pressed
Why is Cold pressed important? Cold pressed means that the oil is extracted at low temperatures, without chemicals so the oil is 100% pure and natural.
Extra virgin avocado oil from the ‘Hass’ Avocado has a characteristic flavour, is high in monounsaturated fatty acids. This produces a brilliant emerald green when extracted; the colour is attributed to high levels of chlorophylls and carotenoids extracted into the oil.

The Avocado contains more protein, potassium, magnesium, folic acid, thiamine, niacin, Vitamin E & K than any other fruit. Because we cold press our Avocado Oil all the goodness is left inside meaning that you benefit from all the extra vitamins and minerals inside.
